br nk start blik diet
Diet ak masih xberkesan lg..coz last 2 week ak keje outsation..tau2 r ble out ni tambah kat penang..ak sempat pekena nasik kandar kayu n beratur...uwaaaaaaaaaa..... lepas outsation ak g pulau perhentian plak..mkn package..so tau2 jer r....mmg nk x nk kn mkan..fail lg diet ku ini..tp ak berjanji pd dr sendiri agar dapat diet dgn lebih konsistan lg...uwaaaaaaaaaaaaa

ish2 fza..ko nk 2nang dah kowt budget jumpe mak die bulan 4 kan..huurm...budget 2nang bulan 5 kn..ish2...tp still xleh nk kurus..huaaaaaa..mcm mane ek..ok start hr ni ko mst xmkn ns tau..mkn jer bende2 lain..mkn mlm selepas 7pm adalah dilarang same sekali yer...

5) exercise...xleh miss kelas marsha...mlm 10min setiap mlm..weekend 20 min atleast... 5 days a week...
