diet ak tidak menjadi pada hari ini

sgt tension..mood turun naik..nafsu mkn melampau2..td tengahari da mkn ns beriani lorong...waaaa...tolonglah daku...cedey2...knp cepat lapar ni..blik melantak sosej..hurmmm fza kn kuat..chayok2...cedey...........

diet..diet...n teruslah berdiet...hehehehehe

ish2 fza..ko nk 2nang dah kowt budget jumpe mak die bulan 4 kan..huurm...budget 2nang bulan 5 kn..ish2...tp still xleh nk kurus..huaaaaaa..mcm mane ek..ok start hr ni ko mst xmkn ns tau..mkn jer bende2 lain..mkn mlm selepas 7pm adalah dilarang same sekali yer...

current update; berat = 66 kg....
1 months target         = 64 kg...(bln 2)
2 months target         =62 kg..(bln 3)
3 months target        = 60 kg..(bln 4)
4 months target        =58.5..(bln 5)
5 months target        =57..bulan 6
6 months target        =56..bln 7
7 months target       =55..bln 8...waaaaaaaaaaa.....amazing

1) no rice...if u want..sekali semiggu ...ok???
2) no bread....no swiss oven
3)no milk...mmg sy x suke..hehehehe...milo boleh???
4)no ice...tq...
5) exercise...xleh miss kelas marsha...mlm 10min setiap mlm..weekend 20 min atleast... 5 days a week...

* so far bread n milk x elok utk org berdarah O mcm sy..hehehe
