1) no rice...if u want..sekali semiggu ...ok???
2) no bread....no swiss oven
3)no milk...mmg sy x suke..hehehehe...milo boleh???
4)no ice...tq...
5) exercise...xleh miss kelas marsha...mlm 10min setiap mlm..weekend 20 min atleast... 5 days a week...
