Start hr ni ak nk nekad balik n nk turunkan berat badan...ini adalah perjuangan ku...kepada para pembaca, klu da bowsan melihat semgat sy sa mintak maap bebanyak..xtau nape ssh sgt2 nk turunkan berat..langkah pertama pd hr ni...

1 months target         = 63 kg...(bln 2)   11/5/2011
2 months target         =61.5 kg..(bln 3)      11/6/2011
3 months target        = 60. kg..(bln 4)      11/7/2011
4 months target        =59..(bln 5)             11/8/2011     
5 months target        =58..bulan 6             11/9/2011
6 months target        =57..bln 7                 11./10/2011
7 months target       =55..bln 8...waaaaaaaaaaa.....amazing..
