30-10-10 waaaaaaaaaaaa..sy mkn byk

erm ape dah jd ngan diet ni..adakah perlu start semula...waaaaaa...sgt tension.....erm xpe2..think +ve..esok mula blik r diet yg br....hihihihik..esok start ngan puasa..chayok2..org berkata klu kt berpuasa ianya sgt berkesan sbb kt xpk da pasal mkan..tp btol ke??? arini berat saya dah goes to 65kg..waaaaaaa..sgt tension..mcm mane ni..tlg2.....arini je sy makan:
Pagi=mee goreng (ada minyak)
tengahari =nasi + ikan siakap+ikan bilis goreng+sotong....waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
kenduri=makan sikin..cukup syarat..ns dlm 2sudu...
petang=ulang blik juadah tengahari
mlm=makan ns goreng ayam...(repeat =semalam pn dah mkn..waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa)

erm mcm mane ni..tulun2...waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
